Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cheap Cars Auto, we understand that purchasing a vehicle is an important decision. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which a customer may cancel a vehicle purchase or request a refund.
Vehicle Reservation & Holding Deposits
Any reservation, holding fee, or deposit paid to reserve a vehicle will be subject to the specific terms provided to the customer at the time of payment.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a reservation deposit is applied toward the customer’s purchase price or agreed balance if the vehicle purchase is completed.
Customer Cancellation
A customer may request cancellation before the vehicle purchase has been completed by contacting Cheap Cars Auto in writing.
Refund eligibility will depend on the type of payment made, the stage of the transaction, and any specific written agreement provided to the customer.
If a deposit is expressly identified as refundable in the customer’s purchase agreement, the eligible refund will be processed according to the terms of that agreement.
Non-Refundable Payments
Payments identified in writing as non-refundable are not eligible for a refund except where required by applicable law.
Examples may include certain completed services, administrative charges, inspection fees, transportation expenses, or other third-party costs that have already been incurred.
Cancellation After Vehicle Preparation or Shipment
If a customer cancels after the vehicle has been prepared for transportation, picked up by a carrier, or shipped, the customer may be responsible for reasonable costs already incurred in connection with the transaction, including applicable transportation, storage, inspection, or administrative expenses.
Any remaining eligible balance will be reviewed and processed in accordance with the customer’s purchase agreement.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. Cheap Cars Auto does not control delays caused by banks, payment processors, or other third parties.
Vehicle Delivery Issues
If a vehicle cannot be delivered because of circumstances attributable to Cheap Cars Auto, the company will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include rescheduling delivery, providing an alternative arrangement, or issuing an eligible refund.
If a delivery is delayed because of circumstances outside Cheap Cars Auto’s reasonable control, the company will communicate with the customer and work to resolve the issue as quickly as reasonably possible
Vehicle Condition & Inspection
Customers are encouraged to review the vehicle description, photographs, available vehicle history, inspection information, mileage, title status, and other available documentation before completing their purchase.
A customer should raise any questions or concerns about the vehicle before completing the purchase.
Refund Requests
Refund or cancellation requests should be submitted in writing and include:
- Customer’s full name
- Vehicle purchased or reserved
- Date of payment
- Amount paid
- Reason for the cancellation or refund request
- Order, invoice, or transaction number, if available

Review of Refund Requests
Each refund request will be reviewed based on the customer’s purchase agreement, payment records, transaction status, services already provided, and applicable laws and regulations.
Cheap Cars Auto reserves the right to verify the transaction before approving a refund.
Changes to This Policy
Cheap Cars Auto may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version applicable to a customer’s transaction will generally be the version provided or agreed to at the time of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
